Heather Shen, Co-Founder and CPO of Praxis Labs, will be sharing about her journey towards making society more equitable & inclusive through VR Immersive Learning and data analytics. Prior to co-founding Praxis Labs, Heather has experience at NASA researching mixed reality, at Microsoft Hololens as an electrical engineer, and at Bain & Co focused on tech strategy. Heather holds a M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. As a first generation Asian American, she is driven by her parents’ immigration story and her own experiences to share across and celebrate cultural differences. She is passionate about using technology to increase empathy and connect communities.
